Occupational Therapy Assessment Report

Standardised assessments can be used to measure your child's motor skills, performance, and participation level in tasks. This can tell you where your child's skill level sits compared to children of the same age. This can be useful to measure change across therapy as well as indicate specific skill areas that can be targeted in therapy within the context of achieving a goal. Reports can also be used to communicate to schools and funding providers the level of supports your child currently requires.

Our assessments can include:

  • BOT-2 Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency Ed. 2 (~60 minutes)

  • Millers Function & Participation Scales (M-FUN-PS) (~60 minutes)

  • Sensory Profile (~15 minutes)

  • Detailed Assessment of Speed of Handwriting (DASH) (~10 minutes)

  • Task Analyses (~20 minutes)

 Our report will include:

  • Summary of your child's background, interests and motivations

  • Summary of assessment results

  • Analysis and interpretation of results

  • Recommendations that can be put in place to support your child (across multiple environments)

  • Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-based (SMART) goals
